Historically, dogs have often been mythological figures able to connect consciousness to the subconscious, they are also the oldest examples of symbiotic companionships humans have witnessed and documented. By becoming dog, we hope that the loss of verbal capacity and privileges will raise intuition and empathy. Crucially, by becoming dog we want to deconstruct an eschewed hierarchy between dominant and dominated and test how far communication is defined by verbal language (and the lack thereof). Our human-animal becoming should exist within the realm of conceptual possibility, but ideally transcend it at some point.
