Patrick Doggweiler is a cabinetmaker and studied interior design and scenography at the Academy of Art and Design in Basel. In addition to his self-employment as a cabinetmaker since 2014, he has been the workshop manager for analogue workshops at the Institute Art Gender Nature since 2015.
In his own workshop, Patrick Doggweiler produces unique pieces of individual furniture. He mainly works with solid wood, but his furniture also contains metals, wooden composites and plastics. His fascination with the aesthetic and technical properties of materials is often the starting point for the development of new products.
