Axelle Stiefel

Axelle Stiefel is a Franco-Swiss artist, born in NY. Former resident at Wiels Center for Contemporary Art, Brussels in 2013, she was hosted at Forde, Geneva and Corner College, Zurich for her first solo shows. She is a visiting lecturer at ENSAPC Paris-Cergy where she intervenes in a line of research called «Reading in Things». Departing from these encounters through reading, she is currently working in collaboration with Federico Nicolao on a festival called Texte-Contact which will take place in Geneva in 2019.
