Claudia Müller

Claudia & Julia Müller, sisters based in Basel and Berlin, have collaborated since 1991. Their works go across drawing, installations combining wall paintings with handcrafted textiles, ceramics, and wooden furniture to create multifaceted narratives, and object-making. Early projects such as Enzyklopädie der Freundschaft explore intimate, personal relationships, while later works respond to societal dynamics and shifts. Images of psychology, cultural behavior, body language, adolescence, and social estrangement shape their layered drawings.
