Joséphine Strebel

Joséphine Strebel is a designer based in Basel. She studied Spatial Design at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, including an exchange semester at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Her practice moves between spatial design, graphic design, art, and education. Her work focuses on the intersections of space, art, and society, with a particular interest in participation and the social and political dimensions of space. Through her work with the association drumrum Raumschule, she develops participatory projects with children and young people. She creates situations where different forms of knowledge, perspectives, and experiences can meet, become visible, and shape the spaces they inhabit.
