Horvat & Wouda is pleased to announce the auction of unrealized artworks at the ARTACHMENT Basel. We invite you to take part in this unique bidding for anonymously submitted ideas for artworks by emerging artists.
In case of a successful auction of an artwork we will provide a certificate of it’s acquisition and authenticity, revealing the identity of the artist. The auction proceeds will go to 100% to the artists participating in the auction. In the case of an unsuccessful auction the artist will receive a confirmation of participation in the auction and the digital record in our lot will be deleted.
The artachment is a support-oriented exhibition space in Basel for young, professional artists and curators, with the goal to create and expand new networks. Since 2014 the Art Institute HGK FHNW in Basel has been entrustred with the program of this project space giving students the opportunity to realize individual and collective projects.
